This loan is fully amortized over a 15-year period and features constant monthly payments. It offers all the advantages of the 30-year loan, plus a lower interest rate and you'll own your home twice as fast. The disadvantage is that, with a 15-year loan, you commit to a higher monthly payment. An ARM is an Adjustable Rate Mortgage. Unlike fixed rate mortgages that have an interest rate that remains the same for the life of the loan, the interest rate on an ARM will change periodically.

Working with Avid Mortgage was an outstanding experience. My loan officer was professional and flexible. Wherever possible, my loan officer did the leg work and when my involvement was necessary my loan officer gave me clear direction and step by step instructions to complete my tasks. Loan closure was quick and smooth. To verify my closing cost and loan rate were the best the industry could offer, I had several other organizations review the Avid docs and each of them said they could not do the loan at the costs Avid was offering.

It was a pleasure working with Parish. He was very professional, but at the same time I felt as if I was working with a friend. Parish was very knowledgeable as he has a decade’s worth of experience in the industry. He made the experience extremely comfortable and easy.
