Shannon helped us with the purchase of our new home and then several years later on our refi. He is friendly and extremely easy to talk to. He went above and beyond in discussing our options. He gives his opinion when asked, but is never pushy. We found his rates to be very reasonable and better than other offers. He also follows up throughout the process and over the years to check in and see if he can help in any way, even at times recommending services outside of his business if he knows a better rate can be found elsewhere.

I was so hesitant about refinancing my home loan. Mostly because I didn't know what to expect and thought it would be a lot of work. But I knew I needed to act fast with rates being so low. We have had Shannon take care of our loan on 2 separate occasions and he has always been super helpful, and thorough! We planned on using him a 3rd time when we relocated to a new house and he suggested that we look into obtaining a loan from the builder of our new home to see if they had any incentives. We ended up sharing the numbers and details of the other loan with Shannon and he told us that we would be crazy not to take the other offer. This meant that he was going to lose out on our business and it just goes to show that Shannon is a man of integrity!!!

Shannon is fantastic! He helped me with my mortgage loan. I had a really good credit score, but had a high debt to income ratio. Shannon worked his magic and got me an awesome rate on my loan.
