Completely horrid! They have actually damaged my car!

Bad application quality. Uneven cuts + tint does not stay on the window / Bubbles! (how can it be the case when he services all these "high end" cars?
Offers life time warranty - the warranty has instructions to mail it to the shop's owners home address. How is that legitimate?
Advertises premium tint - the brand name of the tint is not even found on google. Is it a scam?
Worst of it all, they scratched up my windows! I have uploaded pictures to show the extent of the scratch.
