The carpets of my car were pretty bad. After the detailng they looked great. The rest of my car still dirty. It's like they just wiped it down with a rag in the major areas. That's not a detail. For 300 I don't want to touch my dash and have black dirt on my finger. They Of course said that I could bring it back but why would I want to do that when they didn't do a good job the first time and waste another half of my day missing work. I asked for some of my money back considering that they did a mini detail and not a full detail and they told me to shove it. For $300 I could have spend an hour

I took my mini cooper for complete in and out cleanup and they did a good job on the outside. But the inside job was poor: the dash board was looking like it was cleaned with an dirty hag, all foggy and greasy. The leather seats do not look that good either. They broke the trunk compartment cover and fixed it after I complained.
The car for sure was much more clean after than before, but that was not what I expected from a close to $300 detailed cleaning.
