We bought a school bus from a local school district to convert to a skoolie but wanted to have it checked out before the long drive home. We called Jeff’s and the receptionist told us to bring it by that day because we were in a time crunch. When we came in she wasn’t there, but Jeff stopped what he was working to help us out. He checked out our bus right away. While he could have sold us on any number of repairs as many repair shops would do, he gave our bus a clean bill of health and even let us park it overnight. I had to call 5 times and 2 messages before reaching his wife. She was then going to call her mechanics to schedule a pre-purchase inspection, but did not follow up within the hour as we had discussed. I then called her 5 more times in which she sent the calls to voicemail. If they were too busy or did not want to do the work, that would be fine. But to say one thing, not follow through, then avoid all further calls was unprofessional.

The team at Jeff’s Diesel Repair was incredible!! Our converted shuttle bus was having problems on the road to Huston late in the afternoon. We gave them a call and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning and back on the road in just a few hours! The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable, kind and quick to get the job done. They even sent us a text of their address and all the information they needed from us, to expedite the whole process. I have a International 4300 Maxxforce and need to find a shop that worked by appointment, because I could not afford to be without my truck for days or even a week. My girlfriend called 8 different shops before she came across Jeff's shop. She called and they allowed her to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. I Arrived at the shop at 2 pm and was met by Jeff's wife who knew who I was right away and had already had notes on my truck. I further explained to her what was going on with my truck, and all though Jeff was not on site at the time he was able to successfully diagnose my issues

Jeff's Repair shop provided great customer service , they answered all my questions through the phone before I sent an International 4300 to get looked at. They successfully diagnosed and fixed my box truck. The staff was friendly and very reasonable with their prices. They helped me when no other commercial repair shop would see me. On the day of my appointment, Jeff's shop got me in and out same day.
