Has everything you could ask for ski equipment, fly tying materials, fishing gear, some hunting stuff , kayak equipment and all you boat needs all it one shop . Also the staff is very helpful friendly and knowledgeable.

Had gone to two West Marine stores and it's either out of stock, online only, or only the top end model is in stock.
Both times I stopped here everything I needed was in stock with plenty on the shelf. Pricing is competitive with Amazon or online vendors.
Never wasting time anywhere else...go to Dover Marine.

I was given a Huc sweatshirt bought here. I loved it but ended up deciding that it was a little too small and wanted to exchange it. When I brought the sweatshirt back I was told I couldn't exchange because I had waited too long (3 months). While I realize this is a long time, I still thought it was ridiculous since I could see the sweatshirt was still being sold at front of store and not even downstairs with clearance items yet. I was told that they wouldn't exchange it because it was off season. But its not like it was snow gear. I know many people that still wear sweatshirts in the summer. I

They were helpful but expensive for parts. Make your own plug wires $20.00 each. I could get premade 4 inch wires for $19.00 nothing to assemble. It's a convenience store for parts.

For a small business, all the employees are horrible at communication. It has taken 2 months for anyone to call back about buying a boat because for some reason no one can tell the other that they need to call someone back. Apparently, they are always on the floor with another sale or on another call at all hours of operation every single day since the summer and can't bother to ever call a customer back. Recieved a call back from Cabella's in Hooksett in a day. Save your money and go to Cabella's instead, they will actually answer the phone for you.

Friendly service. Big parts department. They were able to service my Kubota tires and fix my friends snowblower tires.

I went in to get my trim fixed as it was set wrong from factory. The people were very nice, super attentive and answered all my questions even though I did not buy the boat there. I was in and out. They now have a customer for life and will be my new service provider. Thank you!!

I would like to give. 5 star rating , Gary's priceless knowledge in the service department,when he repaired the mako with the 225 hp Mercury optimax in the pic on the yelp page , don't need need ‍ oars anymore ,and thx to the ladies in part always ready to get what is needed, thx again Paul B.

I am still struggling with disbelief, the service was above anything I have ever received anywhere. The employees were both nice and knowledgeable. I needed a registration, fuel line and fuel tank, they helped me with every aspect and with a big smile. Dover Marine went above and beyond any Marina that I have ever been to, Thank you Dover Marine, I cannot recommend you high enough!!

Small boat dealer we're pretty fast about getting the new Sun Tracker to us wish they were a bit more transparent throughout the whole sales that's all. Besides that they delivered close to the timeline as we discussed very straightforward with the deal lending was very poor though. I would definitely recommend someone going back there overall it was a great experience!

I have been to this shop a few times, and beyond anything else, their customer service is beyond compare. I have always been treated fairly, with courtesy and each time, they have gotten me what I needed. Thank you for a great experience, again and again.

Frank was very helpful ordering the motor I wanted for my sailboat and helping me figure out what I needed to go with it. This is certainly where I'd go in the future for things I need for my sailboat.

I had a great experience with Dover Marine, I was looking to upgrade my motor from a 60HP to a 75HP & put a talon on the back. I went to dover marine and was met by Frank, he was very pleasant and straight forward. Frank was not pushy, or overwhelming.

They gave me an offer I could not pass up on my 60HP 4-stroke motor, so I went ahead and had them order a brand new 75 Mercury 4-stroke. They told me the motor and the new talon I was having them install would take around 3 weeks due to ordering the motor. This was not the case, they had it installed and completed in a week an half.

I had my boat winterized here this fall. They also installed a float switch on my bilge pump so it would come on automatically. The price was fair and it was completed in a timely manner. The people that work there are friendly and I would recommend using them.

Was told it would take 1 week to service my engine. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. When I call to check up and ask for an update, I get a very rude "Well if it was done we would have called you!" Then they put you on hold for 10 min and say "No one has looked at it yet, but they have it on the schedule for today". I've gotten that response for the past 2 weeks now.

I brought it in early to try to have it ready for the short boating season here. But it looks like this is going to drag on and on. I brought it here because they are an Evinrude dealer..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My experience with them happened in June, and I was so upset it almost ruined my whole summer. Tracker was having a low interest rate financing special so I decided to look into a bass boat. I dealt with Frank, the owner. I was told that the boat I liked on the showroom floor was the last one, no more 2013's would be coming in so if I liked it I would have to make a decision quick.

I ended up putting a deposit down and was advised I would hear from them within 24 hours about the financing. (Its Tracker financing, who farms it out to no-name banks

When we pulled in a sales man (older gentleman) stood in the parking spot we were taking looked right at us but would not step aside so we could park, when we were finally able to park he folded his arms and watched us walk on with out greeting us. Just seems a bit of a odd way to greet a customer.

Then we made out way to the parts counter.

I will never visit their parts counter ever again. I went there to pick up a pretty standard part for an older motor. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the girl at the parts counter who basically told me anything she ordered would be a gamble

How Dover Marine lost generations of customers.

We've always shopped at Dover Marine, back into the Western Auto days my grandfather, my uncles, my father and me. We've even bought and had our boat's serviced there. Heck I even have my wife get my 2 stroke oil their when she visits her mother even though many places closer sell it. Naturally when some scumbag stole the battery out of my boat, I went straight to Dover Marine to get a replacement.

The kindly old man who I think has been there 40+ years greeted me and after some questions, picked out the battery he said I needed
