I began my counseling career in 1993 at a mental health center in Ohio. I worked with dissociative, schizophrenic, bipolar, and abused adults individually and in groups. Then I moved to working with children and teens individually, in groups, and in day treatment.
I found that often in working with teens and children that I also needed to work with parents on parenting issues or their own personal issues that were getting in the way of their parenting or the relationship with their child(ren).I have been in practice for over 25 years and I love what I do!

This darling woman informed me that she accepted my insurance...multiple sessions later she discovers that she does not and then sticks me with an outrageous bill. Every session I'd ask how the insurance situation was being handled and each time she would inform me that she had it under control and it would all work out just fine. Had I known she could not accept my insurance I'd have never utilized her. I've disputed the charges, she has reported it to my credit and now 5 years later I am still battling it out. Don't waster you time, money or energy on someone who doesn't even respect ethics.
