We are a full service family dentistry practice located in downtown Carrollton, Georgia. Our patients range from toddlers to seniors and we offer a broad spectrum of services to our patients. This website is designed to answer most of the questions you will have but we are also available at any time to answer any other questions you may have as you make your decision about choosing us for your dental services.
We believe that the best way to start a meaningful and long lasting relationship with you is to begin with a thorough exam of the head, neck & mouth. If you have been in a fairly routine dental schedule, your first visit with us may also be combined with a regular cleaning. If it has been a while since your last dental visit, or if you have more complex dental concerns, the cleaning may be done at a separate appointment.

Services
At the time that he originally moved south he simultaneously opened offices in Newnan and Carrollton but sold his practice in Newnan because he discovered he preferred practicing in Carrollton. He was attracted to the community because of our wonderful school system and the presence of the University of West Georgia.
Bleaching - We offer in-office bleaching and take-home bleaching. For the take-home bleaching custom made bleaching trays are made to fit your teeth. The trays are worn daily for 2-3 weeks for optimal results. The in-office bleaching is done here in the office and takes one and a half hours.
It is recommended to get the take home bleach with the in office bleaching to maintain your maximum whitening results, your teeth will eventually stain if the whitening is not maintained.All bleaching results vary as to each individual's natural tooth shade is different. Cleanings - Teeth cleanings come in various types.

Our office is open for patient appointments from 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and 7:00AM to 2:00PM on Thursdays. You can make an appointment by calling the office at (770) 834-6663. If you are unable to call us during office hours to make your appointment please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number and we will get back with you at the first possible opportunity.
Authorization to Release of Records, Many of the documents that we ask you to fill out when you first come to our office are available here for your convenience. You are welcome to fill them out in advance and then either bring them with you to your first appointment or email them to us in advance at info@drpeterbalega.com.
In order to ensure that our time is used to its best efficiency we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment that you do so at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You can pay your bill online here if you have your account number. This number is normally located at the top of your invoice but can be retrieved by calling our office at (770) 834-6663.

I was referred to Dr. Balega’s office by a colleague and I must say it was the best decision. It was liking pulling teeth to have my old dental office to set up an appointment for me.....for three years straight. Dr. Balega’s office and staff really care about your mouth and not your money. My whole family has been getting our dental care from Dr. Peter Balega for over 15yrs. Dr. Balega is very professional, kind and friendly, he is thorough and takes time to give you the proper care in all your dental needs. My daughter also sees him for orthodontist needs, he is very articulate and patience with making sure her teeth are healthy and aligned so she will have beautiful teeth and smile!
