Colton and Nate were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. They installed a sump pump and croc, replaced old cast iron pipes, and installed my washer and dryer. I will absolutely be calling them again for any future work!

Our steam heating boiler gave up the ghost at the beginning of the season, leaving us without whole house heat. A new boiler can be a rather large unexpected expense, and not everybody knows steam systems! Everyone we worked with at Lagana was pleasant and professional, and always started by making sure we were set with short term heating. Josh was very knowledgeable with our quote, and Clayton and Connor clearly knew what they were doing with the install. We now have a new boiler for comfortable heat this winter, beautifully installed quickly and cost effectively!

Colton is fantastic! This is the third time in as many months that he has worked on different parts of the plumbing in my new (built in 1876) home, and every time he has been professional, courteous and polite, and friendly. He answers questions readily and is always on time, performing the work needed effectively and efficiently. He has won me as a long-term customer for Lagana Plumbing & Heating. The representatives I've met at the Lagana home base, Ruffalo Appliance, have also been very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Our house was getting to be just too hot on summer days. Lagana was very professional and Lawson came out the same day I called and gave us a full estimate on a Mitsubishi mini split unit. Chris came out a few days later and installed everything on a scorching hot day and did an absolutely great job. We love our new AC, and like they promised it works extremely well and is almost silent. I would highly recommend Lagana to anyone.
