This 1940s cape had a lot of charm but was short on space. A two story addition and deck gave the growing family exactly what they needed. The new foyer entrance has high ceilings with exposed beams and custom built ins while the adjacent laundry room boasts great storage and work space. A barn or garage are great ways to add storage, space for vehicles especially during the winter and even additional living or working space. Attached or detached, rustic or sleek and two stories or one are just some of the things to consider. No matter what you choose, the additional space a barn or garage gives you will never go unused!
This beautiful home was a frame to finish project. We began by removing the small existing ranch style home, but preserving the existing foundation. We then enlarged that footprint to create a bigger home and large attached garage. There is custom woodworking throughout, including the fireplace surround, entertainment center, dining room buffet and office hutch.
This coastal Maine home has unbeatable views! The additions along with interior remodel we completed made it everything these lucky Mainers wanted. We constructed a 16' x 20' addition in the back that created a new master bedroom filled with light and easy access to the private back yard.
A 10' x 20' new entry allows a better flow into the space, helps keep clutter contained and allows a flood of light from the new skylights above the dining area.The redesigned kitchen with all new cabinetry and island has lots of space for entertaining while the open concept allows ocean views from almost everywhere.

This early 1950's home in the Rye Historic District desperately needed attention. There was no existing wall insulation and drafty old windows so we made it New England winter ready with blown in insulation and all new windows and trim. The exterior required patching and trim work finished off with a new color palette.

Dynamic Solutions is a fabulous Company. We have used them for 2 major remodels in our home and absolutely love their work. All of the contractors are polite, efficient, on time and do excellent work. At the end of every day the site was completely cleaned up. Their office is in Rollinsford, but they are deeply connected with the Town of South Berwick.

Dynamic Solutions is much more than a construction company. They are a FAMILY. And throughout our remodel, we felt like a part of the Marshall clan. They walked us thru every step of the process and didn’t make… us feel bad when we asked questions, made changes, or asked for advice. We are so happy with the way our mudroom and deck turned out. We didn’t think it was possible but Dynamic Solutions far exceeded our expectations.

Dynamic Solutions did a complete renovation of our master bathroom in the Spring of 2019. We found them to be exceptionally professional, trustworthy and incredibly skilled. I cannot find enough positive words to use about this team headed by Shawn Marshall. They started the job on time and ended it on time. They listened to our… concerns and offered their insights. Shawn suggested that we use Maine Street Plumbing Services; Newsky Electrical Contracting; TK Tile and Renovations and cabinets from Cabinetry in Somersworth, NH. All of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend
