Very friendly office. I had to find a new dentist because my insurance changed. I was very happy with my first cleaning as a new patient.

The Groveland office is amazing! Great staff who have improved my dental health immensely. Big recommend!

The dentists and staff at Kowalski Dental are the best. They are so friendly and professional and their offices are very clean and welcoming.

Place is clean, lots of air purifiers, everyone takes virus protocol seriously; so you feel comfortable and safe. Doctors’ always top notch and do the job rite! What more could you want from a dentist!!

I'm a new patient to Kowalski Dental and I'm so impressed with everyone I've interacted with, during my initial visit for a cleaning and a second visit for a crown replacement. Abby, Emily, Sandy and Dr. Kowalski were just wonderful! Their kind and genuine approach clearly comes through. The cleaning with Emily was very gentle and smooth. And, Dr. Kowalski offered to have me watch as the CEREC machine carved out my new tooth. Thank you so much for such a great service!  Would recommend them for sure.

I had to have a crown repaired and Dr Dawna took me in even though I was late for the appointment due to bad weather. She was pleasant and very professional.

I love it there. I have issues with going to the dentist always went but hated it. Since going to Dr Kowalski's office I've been at ease every time I walk in the office. And just think about it having a crown done in an hour

I’ve had several procedures with Dr. Donna, and I trust her. She has a passion for dentistry and has a great personality. I haven’t had the same experience with the office, and feel that I should have been treated better regarding my account. Regardless, I will continue to go to Kowalski because of the dentists and hygienists because they are the practice. The 4* are for them, and the blank * is for the billing department.

I went there and did not have to wait. Everyone was smiling and kind. I have an appt. With the surgeon aug 30 at 1pm. I used to have Dr. Box who was the doctor I had in the same little building as Dr Kowalski dental. He even delivered me into this world 77 years ago. I have been to a lot of dentist and this office is the most high tech. Machinery I have ever seen. So clean. Luv u guys. Thank you.

I love this dentist office. Very though Jim my hygienist is one of the best ever. He’s smart, handsome and funny. Dr. Kowalski has been my dentist for years! He is always willing to listen and take care of any procedure I need done with superior professionalism. He has often allowed me to make payments on some of the more costly procedures. They never leave you waiting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Alway on time. I love this office and plan to stay for years to come.

I came here for a cleaning 2 months ago and even though I have been a patient for years, my information was not on file. So after figuring the info and making phone calls I specially asked if my insurance would cover my visit and she said yes you are covered. Today I went to get a filling and again no record of me on file. On top of that they are now they're telling me nothing about my previous visit was covered and I will be billed fully. Do not go here! All they care about is money! I have a cracked tooth and was told it's a 5000k repair. I've been saving to afford to get it fixed. I called them on a Saturday of a holiday weekend telling them I have an infection as the side of my face is swollen and I need an antibiotic. They said no we won't give you meds until we see you. Um, hello, you can't see me because it's a holiday weekend so I'm supposed to suffer. Receptionist was extremely rude. They just lost my and my 2 children's business. Do not go to this place!

Best of the best! I've been to both offices over the years (Beverly and Groveland), and will never go anywhere else. Always very knowledgeable, accommodating, and clean. Highly recommend!

This place sucks. I got a cleaning done and it lasted a total of 60 seconds at the most. I got some xrays done and long story short they told me I needed to come back for a tooth extraction because they couldn't save my broken tooth. I had never gotten a tooth pulled before so I was beyond scared. I went back to have my tooth pulled and it was the WORST experience. The oral surgeon wasn't very nice. In fact she was almost rude. She had given me nova cane but I could still feel the pain when she started. She got aggravated pretty quickly and insisted that I come back a different day when

I would highly recommend Kowalski Dental! Their experienced staff and latest technologies alleviated my anxiety of going to the dentist. Their customer service is excellent!

I filled out the online forms and submitted them then I was seen the next day. I let them know my gums were discolored and I most likely had some serious periodontal problems.

Towards the end of my appointment (x-rays and poking around) periodontal disease was confirmed and the steps they wanted to take started with a 'deep cleaning' done over 2 sessions.


I scheduled the deep cleaning but the appointments weren't until later this month but they said they could put me on the wait list in case something came up.

They had cancellations within the week and called me to see if

New bad review...this dental office goes BEYOND BAD. I requested latest xrays to bring to new dentist. Release signed and they were miffed we wanted them sent to us. It is none of their business where we are going. well...xrays never sent. called. they lied and said they sent them. weird that all emails regarding appt, etc came without a problem except the xrays. supposedly resent them today. nope....still have not received them. I gave never heard of such an inept vindictive office. I plan on reporting them again to the dental board for refusing to send the xrays.

Excellent patient care with a helpful and knowledgeable staff! So happy our family found Kowalski Dental!

From my experience here I can tell you that this place does not care about your oral health at all. I have revisited this place a few times with issues of swelling on the gum line and the teeth involved. Dawna will throw antibiotics at you, oral rinses, and even literally pick at the problem with a tool but will not come up with a solution or even an outside or alternative recommendation for someone who is more specialized in identifying the problem at hand. She will just let your health rot and get worse. I did listen to her for months at first and gave her the time and visits to what she told

I chipped my front bonded tooth, yikes. I had my bonding redone about a month ago (sorry I forgot her name), she was friendly and matched me perfectly. I'm glad she's working for you guys! I went in for a cleaning today and it was splendid. I miss living in Beverly, but will keep coming back. Christine was awesome and I'm sure everyone else is top notch as well.

Great place to go if you want the staff to make fun of you. Ha ha ha. Not.

I was terrorized at the dentist as a child and I have the teeth to prove it. So I put off calling for as long as I stand it, and then finally call to make an appointment -- and you have a big laugh at my expense for waiting. Not helping - and not booked either. Second time this has happened here. I can wait longer.

Not the first time I found a good dentist with terrible staff.

I'm really starting to dislike this place. The ladies at the front desk are usually very nice and helpful. I was there yesterday and have never left so disappointed. I checked in for my 5:15 appointment but didn't get taken in to be seen until 5:35. A whole 20 minute wait! I have never had this happen. Yes I did get an apology, but to be honest I was ready to walk out and not even bother to be seen after waiting for so long. In fact, the lady who checked in AFTER me got seen first. - I got to the office and they couldn't find me in the system. They then asked me how I was related to John Smith (I don't recall the actual name). I said I'm not and I have no idea who that is. They then say "oh... We have you under the Smith family in our system. You're not related to them at all?" Nope.... I'm not. Glad this was my first (and last) visit with them because who knows what personal information they may have sent of mine to this random family.

First of all, I would like to start this review by saying that I don't really ever write reviews but I felt like in this case it is a MUST.

The office staff at Kowalski is very nice and professional, they were helpful with making/changing appointments and were very attentive. I had a good experience with the hygienist, he had a great sense of humor and gave me some great tips on brushing and flossing.

That said-- when I was told I had a couple of cavities I needed to get filled, I let them know right from the start that I am a nervous patient when it comes to drilling. This was no secret

I've been going here for a while and never had a bad experience (and trust me I hate the dentist). But the last two times I had Dawna (the daughter of the owner) and she was deplorable. Just her overall demeanor and egotistical approach made both myself and the assistant very uncomfortable. Extremely disappointing since the staff here has always been super friendly and welcoming. I have been coming here since I was 5 years old and keep coming back. Everyone there is super nice, and his daughter is a dentist there now too. I had a filling that i was picky about and they fixed it for me twice no questions asked. I also noticed the girl who gave them a terrible review also reviewed every strip club in the area so if that doesn't speak for her character, I don't know what does. Anyway, I have never had a bad dental experience there, and never had a fear of the dentist because of him. I recommend people to them all the time.
