Amazing job!!! Very thorough and detailed. Luis was responsive, reliable and very good at what he does. He is a perfectionist so he will not stop until he gets the job completed to his well-trained eyes and he has great standards. He even recommended a cleaning regimen so that the refinishing job lasts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Luis's customer service is amazing, he really cares about his work and his customer. He had a big job refinishing our cracked, yellowing tub. It looks brand new and so far we haven't had issues with it. He was communicative throughout the whole process, and even gave us maintenance tips. His prices are very fair for the quality of work. I look forward to working with him on our other bathroom in the near future.

It's been nearly a year and our bathtub looks fantastic! We've gotten lots of compliments.

This review is about 4 weeks late. We recently renovated our guest bathroom and decided to keep our old porcelain tub but it was due for a reglazing. It was dirty after our bathroom walls were redone and it was difficult to clean the residue off, we had never reglazed it, it had yellow old daisy stickers affixed and we could not remove them.

We are very happy with the work that was done, it came out better than what we imagined! It looks like a new tub! Luis is very professional, friendly, and has strong work ethics. Our 1960's tub came out beautiful.

I definitely would/will be recommend "Always Refinishing" to anybody who needs their bathtubs or counters reglazed. We were almost to the point of having two of our bathroom tubs replaced until I found Luis's business "Always Refinishing". I have to say I've used a lot of companies I've found on Yelp before but I've never found company with an owner who is as nice as him. His work is exceptional, the bathtubs look as if they were brand new when he was finished with the process.

I contacted Luis last Sat and he asked me to send pics of my tub and I did.
He then sent me the confirmation & invoice (See below). So I waited for him at home on Tue as confirmed. By 1:10p I called & texted him. He returned my call & said he never received my pics. So I resent him the pics again today. He did called me back & said he could not do my tub bc the glass door gets in the way (The previous two refinish companies had no issues with the glass door) and Luis now wants the door off and will be charging me $500 for the

I am so glad I decided to go with Luis. He is very professional, punctual, great communicator, and his attention to detail was second to none. At first we were so worried after looking into the whole tub refinishing process as we have small children in the house. But Luis does everything by hand. There's no harmful stripping agents that can be very dangerous! He's like an artist and truly loves what he does. Wow! He turned my 60 year old bathtub into a brand new tub. And refinished the kitchen sink to look perfect!

Luis helped us with reglazing our kitchen sink. He was able to meticulously cover all the chips and rust on the sink. He is very detail oriented, made sure he covered the surrounding kitchen area before regalzing and did not rush. This shows that he loves his job and he is so passionate in delivering a neat job. Just had my 40 year old bathtub refinished and it looks like it’s brand new. Definitely worth money. He was in and out in 3 hours. No need to replace when you can have it refurbished.

There was a crack on the bottom of the shower enclosure. I called Always Finishing, Luis gave a next day appointment, he was prompt and on time, he said that he can fix that it would take 2-3 hours. He fixed it as he promised. He was organized and left the job site clean. He took his time to recommend how to clean and how to use. He also gave lifetime warranty. I recommend him highly.

I am very happy with the quality of Luis's work on my kitchen sink. It has returned to its original beauty after mistreatment from renters who used it to clean auto parts. Luis is a very nice young man that knows his business for sure. He professional, explained every step of the process, took care to protect the surrounding areas of my kitchen.
