I have never experienced this kind of terrible company.
I purchased kitchen cabinets from this place, and the cabinet box trims were twisted and distorted within a month. I told them so many times to come over fix it. But they never respond or do the right after service.
Literally, terrible service.
I am preparing for law suit right now and get refund.
Please don't ever go to this place!

Bought cabinets for bathrooms and two counter top quartz. Early Sept.i asked if they were in stock. They said they can bring from orange county on Monday since I went there on sat.
So I bought it . guy help me out was Cesar.( spelling might be wrong) on Monday called back and asked if they have it ready, cesar said yes its ready.
I have contacted my contractor to pick it up. So my contractors went on sat to pick up since they didn't needed until weekend.
Here comes the trouble. When contractor went to pick it up. It wasnt ready.
Contractor called me saying the material I bought isn't ready

I received the wrong cabinet when I picked it up 90 minutes from my house. I saw it when I got home and called to let them know the mistake. Caesar and Patrick both said to bring it back and I would be compensated for the time and gas to exchange the cabinet. When I got there, they refused to give a refund, called it my fault for not checking the cabinet they put in the car, and called me a liar, insinuating that I had stolen it and tried to exchange it for a better cabinet. I’m shocked that a $50 refund for gas wasn’t worth good costumer service and continued business with local business owner

Critical that you not make the mistake I made, I placed stickers on the slabs that I wanted while going through many slabs to have my kitchen guy not show up with my selected slabs. Someone jacked my slab for obvious reasons. Make sure you write your name physically on the inside of the slab even if they don't let you, because the slabs are loosely monitored.

I had a very good experience with my sales rep Andy from Granada! He put a lot of efforts and times to make my kitchen look fantastic. He provided me great advices and came out many times to meet with me to make sure everything is correct. Andy is a very nice, patient and responsible person. I would highly recommended!!

This is my 3rd time came to this place. My friends all purchased from here years ago, they have consistent quality and sufficient inventory, their showroom is big and pretty, my sales is friendly and helpful, we really need someone like her since my friend doesn't know ANYTHING about designing her ktichen! And the design is totally free!!

There cabinets are defective and there white shaker has hairline fractures in all doors. I am a contractor and have tried them 5 times now....ALL 5 times problems with defects in cabinets!!! Go to BC Stone like the rest of us do to get quality cabinets...horrible attitudes and customer service!! They ddo not stand behind there low quality cabinets...

Do not go there. They will not tell you the truth. The guy came and measured 3 times each time forgetting his measuring tape and pen. Each time I gave him mine. He told me a price and showed me the cabinet and then after he told me that the price was not we agreed on.
After finally we agreed on the price he told me he can not get the cabinets for 3 months. I was so disappointing then I had to find another company.
Do not go to this place they are going to lie. Consumer beware.
