My flight was canceled and rebooked, so I notified this company of my new pick up time. Not only did the driver not show up, he was very rude to me on the phone. I ended up being stranded in Belvidere at 3am with my baby. I contacted the office for a refund and they said I would get my money back. Now it's been a month and they are ignoring my calls and emails. DO NOT USE! THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

After fracturing my foot, (prior to a scheduled flight for Thanksgiving), my daughter hired A1 Rockford Airport Limo to transport me to O’Hare. It was an exceptional experience from beginning to end! Pickup was on time, driver was courteous, considerate and responsible. In fact, the whole process was so seamless, I scheduled them, again, for a Christmas flight!

From the beginning this has been very simple and easy. I had never heard of this company before but they had the most informative website and it seemed fairly simple from the beginning. From calling and asking a few questions to booking online, their platform is very easy and straightforward. I immediately received a confirmation email back after booking online and it was very direct and easy to read. That was it! Received my confirmation number and never looked back.

I can't say enough great stuff about the service.I have been using them for a while now. Great job over all. Very easy to make a reservation. The car was 10 minutes early which is always a plus in my book. Car was nice and clean. Also the return trip from O'Hair was easy and the driver arrived quickly.

I had the misfortune of witnessing this company give my friend Andrew the runaround regarding an unauthorized $1100 charge on his card. Not only was this company unprofessional on the phone, but disrespectful and downright shady. My friend reserved a 14 person limo but was told it was no longer available - and that he could have a 28 person bus for $1100. My friend did not agree because the price was exorbitant. However, this company charged him $1100 anyway. When he called them to ask for a refund, they put him on hold, and had him explain the situation numerous times as if they did not understand
