Josh and Amy were amazing! The vehicles were clean inside and out. We had called last minute to book our rides to/from the airport and they were very accommodating. Rockford Rides did a FANTASTIC job transporting our family to and from OHare. Stacie was extremely professional. The ride was clean and our comfort was constant monitored. Safety is a HUGE concern at Rockford Rides. Thanks to Amy for her professionalism and details. She saved us as our plane trip changed without our knowledge. We will be using them again!

The limo was very nice and got us to and from our destination on time. The poor experience happened when the "Red Carpet Service" as promised when booked, did not happen. This was a retirement/birthday celebration. The driver didn't try to help any of the more senior/less able-bodied assistance into the limo. We had to ask if there was a step stool as the limo was too high to get into for some. The "rolled out red carpet" was a red throw rug size piece of carpet remnant. I was told that pictures would be taken both outside and inside the limo to capture the entire experience

We used Rockford Rides for my sisters bachelorette party from Freeport to Roscoe for a Board and Brush class in one of their party buses. There was 20 of us and as the coordinator I was 7 months pregnant. Our driver Paul was AMAZING!!! There were ages from 27-74 and he was so helpful, he supplied a step stool for us to get in and out of the bus, lended a hand if needed and he wouldn’t let me pick up anything. Paul went above and beyond for us ladies and we felt like we were in good hands. If you ever book with them ask for Paul!!

Rude and unhelpful. Said they could not provide transportation, and that I would not find another form of transportation. One phone call to another company proved that wrong. Avoid.
Saying they didn't have anything available would have been sufficient, but then they had to go on and talk about how "no one wants to work because of COVID." Pay people a living wage and maybe you'll get drivers.

This weekend was the second time we have used Rockford Rides. My husband and I are seniors and were traveling to Florida for our granddaughter's first communion. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Chicago OHare is very intimidating and getting there used to be limiting. Rockford Rides gave us the safe, secure, scheduled convenience to leave our car at home. Yesterday on our return trip home our 11:00 am flight became a 6:30 pm flight. I had to leave the hospital and it was super early so I couldn’t reach anyone to come get me since the ambulance brought me. Rockford rides came to get me in a clean Suburban with space to distance. The driver wore a mask and was extremely friendly. Sanitizer was available. I felt very comfortable on my 30 min ride back home. Thank you Rockford Rides!

The professionalism and 5⭐️Service is the best in this area. The Luxury Van is top notch, money well spent. We were able to have the owner Josh as our driver and he gave us presidential treatment. He was on time and drove careful and the ride was smooth. He rolled out the red carpet and we entered the vehicle in style. Awesome experience!

Warning - read the reviews first. Did not inform of the $25 cancellation fee upfront (I wanted to change from a return to a one-way more than 12 hours in advance but was so upset by the response that I cancelled the whole booking). I have used multiple other limo services for years and have never encountered this type of attitude. The owner's Standard response is to persistently speak of "facts" and try to infer this is standard practice rather than prioritizing Customer care so no doubt a borderline aggressive review response will be posted (I see the other responses below match

Joshua was awesome. He is friendly, professional and runs an on-time operation. My colleague and I were on a business trip and truly enjoyed our ride from Rockford to the Chicago midway airport. Joshua arrived our hotel ahead of time, loaded our bags and his ride was extremely clean which we enjoyed. I slept the entire route while my colleague and Joshua spoke along the trip. He's knowledgeable, sociable and have a down to earth nature.
