Marcus is a great man!.
I contacted him after living in my house for 2 days without air conditioning. I couldn't figure out why my ac wasn't working and I needed a new thermostat installed. He told me a good time to meet and he came, resolved the problem and installed the new thermostat. I now can sleep in my home.

Marcus the owner.. Poor service, needs improvement with customer service. We were without an oven for 30 days. Did not return messages ie phone, text nor email. The only way I could get a hold of Marcus was to call from an unknown number. The first and only time Marcus (when he did not know my #), came to diagnose my oven, when he left, he left all the oven racks on the floor! Crazy huh! He was not customer friendly and arrogant! I don't understand why he is in this business if he elects to treat his custmores so disrespectful. Doesn't he realize customers pay him and put his food
