I have a home warranty through American Home Shield (AHS) and Elite Pro Appliance Repair Service was assigned to service our Samsung Refrigerator Ice Maker. Elite Pro called to discuss the problem and to schedule an appointment. Martin, the repair technician was familiar with the Ice Maker Freezing problem and stated that he would order the repair parts.
The ice maker freezing problem is well known and there is a class action suit pending. Samsung has issued a repair bulletin but will not provide any free repair if the unit is out of warranty. This problem was repaired 18 months ago by another

Elite is contracted with my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lucky me, I had my kitchen fridge stop working and within a week my garage fridge also died. I would give Josh, the service tech for both repairs, 5 stars. He's friendly, professional. I would give the actual company and their communication skills 2. They don't answer phones or email promptly but then will just leave a voicemail scheduling a time that they are coming out. And they don't work on weekends. Another communication fail took place when they were coming to fix my second fridge after the parts

I chose Elite because of a great experience I had with them about five years ago when they repaired my refrigerator. Because of that experience, I was SO committed to using them again that I didn't want to work with anyone else. I called on 2.15.21 and they sent Martin the very next day and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Martin was great and the process to that point was super smooth. After, I spent a few hours with my insurance company pleading with them to assign Elite to repair my washer but there was an administrative issue and they wouldn't so I decided to forgo insurance and

So I needed my microwave fixed and lucky enough I was able to have a company like Elite Pro work on it through my home warranty. They had the part on hand and was able to get it fixed the same day. I am not a fan of cold food so it was really an issue for me to not have my microwave work. Luckily, they got to it right away. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. After 5 weeks of waiting for an oven part and no communication from this company, and after I called numerous times and received the same answer throughout... today I finally called and got an appointment scheduled to install my part.
The first time I received a call from this company was after I wrote a review. They have now explained that the part I needed was on back order this whole time, but this was the first I heard about it! It wasn't explained to me any of the times I called them, and they legitimately didn't call me to explain anything.
I just need a little more communication is all

While everything is getting resolved 3 weeks after the initial visit from the Elite's technician, Carlos, the experience from a communication perspective left a lot to be desired. However, they took the feedback and are going to address their responsiveness in terms of delays better. I was told that the part needed to repair my fridge will arrive in week and then 2 weeks later when I had no contact from Elite, I called them and was told that the part was on backorder with no ETA. I found it unacceptable that no one notified me as the fridge is a critical appliance and mine has not been working

My refrigerator died. I was put in contact with Elite through my home warranty company. They had been at the house before to repair a dishwasher (which was also repaired well with professionalism). Unfortunately, the parts were not available locally. But, the technician took the time to make the refrigerator work temporarily until the parts came in rather than just leave me without one. That was greatly appreciated.

My Appliance, GE microwave was serviced by the technician Mardy, today Thursday, January 9, 2020. He was very professional, ask if there are any questions during the removal and repairs. He ensured all items worked prior to installing the appliance into the cabinet. And ensure the equipment heated the water was a pleasure he wanted the job completed was satisfactory

I'm writing this review for my Grandma. Our dryer broke and we called Elite Pro, they are magnificent. Our tech Mardy, went above and beyond. He checked every inch of our dryer. Replaced the pulleys and then did a check of the vents and behind our dryer. Needless to say my grandma was very happy with the service and has told me that if anything else happens to our appliances I am to call Elite Pro.

I called them and Ronald showed up diagnosed my LG fridge which the compressor was bad, he then contacted LG himself and got the parts through warranty and later he come back with new compressor.
Changed the compressor, cleaned the area and the fridge itself . Very professional, on-time and clean . I am very satisfied and definitely will call them again and will recommend to everyone one to use them

I was very sceptical when I first saw the company had 81 reviews and all of them 5 Stars.
Had our refrigerator repaired today by Martin, very personable young man,. He checked things out and confirmed what I had thought, icemaker was bad.
Had a new icemaker in his vehicle and replaced it in short order. We are very happy and they deserve my 5 Star rating.

I am more than pleasantly surprised by this company. I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome for my failing machine. Ronald did a run thru, checking everything on my washing machine to insure nothing was overlooked at a time when someone else left me with the most hope I could have was for it to limp along with small loads and the laundromat as back up.

Ronald is absolutely amazing! He knows his stuff! He's very thorough and he wastes no time diagnosing and getting to the problem. I had two companies come to my home and they did not correctly diagnose the issue with my washer and dryer. They reported a diagnosis to my insurance company without even checking my appliances. I gave those companies horrible reviews however they were the truth. When Elite Pro Appliance Repair was dispatched to my home, Ronald disassembled the dryer and not only did he find the problem, he saw what the other company did not see at all. Ronald, the main tech, really knows his stuff. And his charges were very reasonable. In my case, an older refrigerator was making noise. He listened, diagnosed, and was taking out the fan blower motor in no time. Quicker than it took me to write that sentence. Very impressive. No more noisy refrigerator.
