This company towed my car from a hotel Downtown while I was visiting someone staying there. The clerk at the front desk wouldn't even call them he was so rude (Comfort Inn on Bee St.). When I called to explain the situation, the man was extremely rude and said it would cost me 150.00 to get my car back. This must be some scam between the hotel clerk and the towing guy. Anyhow, when I went to get my car, the side window as broken and all the contents of my glove box had been gone through!! The man at the place ran up to me as I was crying and said if I wanted the car, I needed to pay cash right
