You simply won't find a better team, better service or a more comfortable facility. You may need to schedule an appointment pretty far in advance, but I promise you it's worth the wait.
I'd been going here for about a year when I needed contacts in a hurry during COVID and took an appointment with a big chain because they could see me sooner. Not only did that place (located in a big mall outside the city) screw up my prescription, but after a very rushed exam they told me I had a retina problem and referred me to an expensive specialist. Luckily I waited until I went back to Pennsylvania Optometrics

Very nice customer service and doctor is very patient to answer all your questions. I have a very nice experience and would definitely come back. They help me to pick a nice glasses quickly. Very good, suggest to come.

My glasses that I got from California was out of its functional shape. It was an accident so I didn't get to make an appointment and just walked in the store. The doctor was friendly and helpful - he solved my problems patiently even though my glasses weren't from his shop. I also asked him if he can do a contact fitting for me because I needed to renew my contact prescription too. Unfortunately he's too busy to put me in anywhere before September. I would consider coming back and get my contact fitting here.

Really poor communication and they don’t take accountability for it. took a month and a half to get my contacts because they lost my rx details. finally picked them up today after getting the call yesterday that they had come in, had to wait 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the contacts, which turned out to be in the exam room with the doctor who could not be interrupted as she was with a patient. super limited hours but it was suggested i just come back later, when it’s extraordinary circumstances permitting me to stop by today. they also require annual eye exams despite most insurance

I have a been a patient of Dr. Pervaiz for many years now and I recommend her practice to ANYONE who mentions that they need their eye sight checked or require new glasses/contacts. And let me be clear, Dr. Pervaiz is not your typical eye doctor. I've never experienced the kind of care that she provides. Always spending time at the start of the appointment to go over my overall health and medications to ensure that she's aware of anything that might also affect the eyes. A truly holistic experience. I can't recommend her practice enough.

I can not recommend Dr. Z and her staff enough! They are amazing!! Dr. Z does more than take the time to get to know you as a patient, she makes sure you'll leave with the best pair glasses you'll ever have. Of course I enjoy compliments on my glasses, but I also enjoy having the perfect prescription.

Every experience I have had with Pennsylvania Optometrics has been nothing short of wonderful. Since they reopened during the pandemic, they have taken exceptional precautions to ensure the health and safety of all patients. I was grateful to walk in and be told to wash my hands and have my temperature checked because it assured me that everyone else in the office was also safe. Dr. Pervaiz is also a joy to work with. She is punctual, friendly, kind, and careful in her work. She listens intently to every experience I share and makes thoughtful recommendations that have genuinely improved my vision

As someone who has been seeing eye doctors since I was 4 years old and has run the gamut of doctors, procedures, and sorely lacking bedside manners, I can say that Dr Pervaiz and her staff provide such a welcoming atmosphere, pre-and post-Covid. The office and the optical shop atmosphere/layout is thoughtful, practical, and warm (hand washing stations, contact lens cases and solutions, non-harsh lighting, etc.) without being boutique-y or coldly clinical.
I have a difficult prescription, and Dr Pervaiz in incredibly thorough, gentle, and gives the best contact lens fittings --she actually FITS

I love my doctors office! Everyone is extremely professional, friendly, and detail oriented. I always look forward to going to my appointments, among my busy schedule (especially because I get a reminder call).
