Dr. Samartino is a very thorough and knowledgeable doc with great bedside manner. I’d recommend him to anyone. I have dry eye and am high risk for other detrimental eye diseases but I have no doubt that I will be well managed under this provider’s care. Referring family members to him as we speak.

This place is great. I only started going because I lived in the neighborhood but they have a great attitude and feel to them and I feel like they care about me! I have since moved away and it's kind of inconvenient to keep going here but I have decided it's worth it since they are so nice and I like to support local business.

I had my first visit with Premier Eye Associates and it was an awesome experience. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and professional and the facility is clean and inviting. I was seen by Dr. Mills and was very impressed and pleased with his approach and demeanor. The exam was thorough and not rushed. I am glad I chose Premier and I highly recommend them!

Sometimes the Grass is Actually Greener on the other side. I can SEE that now. After years of bouncing between optometrists dealing with frequent contact discomfort and miscellaneous issues, Dr. Samartino introduced me to a Daily Contact that has markedly improved my eye health. I no longer notice my contacts. Premier Eye for the Win!

I saw Brian yesterday for an eye exam. He spent time answering all of my questions (I hadn't been at the eye doctors in years, so I had many)!
I would say in addition to the high level of detail he provided me with in answering my questions, the equipment/technology used in his practice is impressive.
Lastly, having the new patient forms automated via text message was very simple and convenient.

I have been seeing Dr. Samartino over the past 6 months for scleral lenses. They are costly and a big decision, but I am certainly glad I went for them. I have severe dry eye, and these lenses alleviate all of my terrible symptoms. Scleral lenses are a specialty, and most eye doctors are not familiar with fitting and prescribing them. Oh my goodness, this place is Incredible. I have never been given such and in depth exam before in my life. This is my second time here, and I can't say enough great things about Premier Eye Associates, and all the wonderful people who work here. Dr Mills was Amazing and even showed me close up PHOTOS of my eye ball, from the front, AND from behind the inside!!! The front desk.... they couldn't have been more patient and kind to me, even though I was having trouble with my insurance...Thank you Christine and Brenda for taking care of me!! Really unpleasant experience at this eye doctor. The doctor assumed I was diabetic, I assume due to the fact that I am a fat woman, and continued to make these kinds of assumptions throughout my appointment. Nothing in my exam indicated that I had diabetes related eye issues, I told the intake professional that I was not diabetic, and I told the doctor more than once.
The doctor I saw went so far as to ask when I had last eaten cause he wanted to check my blood sugar. I left my visit humiliated and frustrated and scared. When I checked in with my primary care physician, she went over my latest

I had an exam in Philly and had a wrong prescription for my eyes. I came to Premier Eye Associate to get an exam to see what is the real prescription. Dr. Samartino gave me more than a thorough exam. He went in detail and explained what is wrong with my vision. I recommend to go here and have your vision check out.

I had a wonderful experience at Premier Eye Associates. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The technology used for checking the eyes is beyond anything I've seen. The exam included areas that I never had checked before--extremely thorough! The Dr. took his time explaining everything to me in "English"!

I first went to Premier as it was close and convenient to my work and could get there easily from the City where I live. Turned out to be a great decision. I first saw Dr. Mills. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Stopped into Premier Eye after not having been to an eye doctor in years (since probably 2005). Saw they were new in town and had done a nice job on the store front so I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm writing this as my eyes are still diliated, that's how impressed I was. My reviews on yelp every couple of months or so, but these guys made a lasting impression on me.
Cut to this morning - the dreaded 1-800-Contacts telling me my order has been denied due an expired prescription. I'm on my last week on my last pair of monthly contacts. I realize my glasses at this point are not legal for me to drive in. Cue panic.
I call in and Justine picks up the phone. Can I get there in the next 2 hours? Can I? This is too good to be true!
I get there at 7:15 for my 7:30 appointment
