We stock a full line of mil spec materials, and recently received an outstanding Federal Supply Service (FSS) Performance Review. Report
I started a new business and needed custom foam packaging made. I called, explained what I needed, and asked if I could speak to someone who could help me. I was directed to Fred. I explained what I needed to him and he gave me some background on what I could expect. I asked if a tracing or a picture would be helpful to get a better idea and he said yes. Later the same day, I called back and asked the assistant for Fred's email address so I could forward the pictures and she gave it to me. I immediately emailed the pictures to him last monday.

Fast forward to today, a week and a half
