Integrity Lending Solutions Inc, was established in 2005 by Justin Obert and Mark Martino. We are local transplants from Colorado Springs, we both attended Colorado State University and never left the beautiful city of Fort Collins. Once we graduated we came upon the realization that we need to start a career.
After learning the ropes in the mortgage industry, we decided to branch out on our own. We were focused on starting a mortgage company that put the needs of clients first, something we found was not the case with the finance companies and big banks we learned from. This is how Integrity Lending Solutions came into existence.

Mortgage brokers are licensed professionals who can offer more options than big banks. Mortgage brokers can often offer lower rates and lower long-term costs. As a mortgage broker, Integrity Lending Solutions partners with multiple lenders so we can find a loan term and rate that best suits your needs.
Integrity Lending Solutions offers the standard 30, 25, 20, and 15-year fixed loans you may be familiar with, but we also offer flex term loans allowing you to customize your loan. You can choose a fixed term from anywhere between 8 and 30 years. If you are in a 30-year loan and only have 27 years left we can put you into a 26-year fixed term so you don't lose any interest you've already paid.

As a real estate broker of 10+ years, I recommend few of many lenders I have worked with. Integrity is one of those few. I have refinanced with Integrity Lending Solution 3 times now and every refi presented a challenge that Debbie Lopez took on and solved for me. I have never been more impressed with a mortgage broker than I am with Debbie Lopez and Integrity Lending Solutions. She has always managed to find a way to help me when I needed to refinance, even this last while I was unemployed. Other lenders said: Can't be done! Debbie said: Let me see what I can do!
