Buying a house is never easy. You think the hard part is over once you finally decide on a house and they accept your offer. Whew! Now you can relax and start thinking about packing. But it turns out getting the financing is REALLY the hard part. So many forms and questions to answer😱. My last home purchase was not my first home, it was actually my 4TH home purchase. So I have worked with three other mortgage companies.
