These dentists will lie to you about having cavities. They will destroy your teeth and fill it with resin in order to make a quick buck. The assistants are incredibly rude; they will also refuse to work with your insurance. I have had to pay for second and third opinions OUT OF POCKET after visiting this establishment only to be told that my teeth were perfectly fine. Do yourself a favor and find a better dentist, as these are grifters of the worst kind. I have sent a complaint to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, as accountability must be held, even if nothing comes of it.

Dentist was very nice, staff too, but I spend 4 hrs just seating, and when it was time to do the dental procedure , the manager came to tell me they had an emergency and I have to change my appointment for the next day, staff stared preparing everything anyway to do proceed with the cleaning once the person started working on my mouth someone called her to go and assist another customer, I asked her what happened and she told me the doctor is on her way, doctor never appears, the manager came back again to tell the person that was there with me that she told them to move my appointment for the

So this office is closed Fri-Sun. I called Monday morning to cancel my appt due to strep throat and they charge me a $25 cancellation fee. Well I was told they would waive the fee but the day of my new appt, I was told they could not waive the fee.
As a new patient, how do you know u can leave a voicemail to cancel when most appointments are made with a person? Bad business practices to me. After reading the other reviews....shame on me for not paying attention. New Dentist search continues!

On 06/13/18 I called twice, one for them to check my insurance and the person I spoke with seemed clueless. She kept asking me to repeat myself so I would, but it got time consuming and frustrating. After a few minutes and being placed on hold, she asked for my SSN and I got uncomfortable so I told her I would verify my insurance on my own. I called a second time to schedule an appointment upon verifying my insurance, but was interrupted only to be placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hung up - that was enough for me to find a different dentist office.

I did like the dentist, and even considered going there myself when my dental insurance changed, but changed my mind, and even switching my children to new provider after being told that they would now only be taken as walk ins due to missing several appointments. They never missed an appointment that I didn't call to notify them of or reschedule days or more in advance. I only found out about this when checking their appointment time for an upcoming appointment and being told they did not have one scheduled even though I just set it up 2 days ago. I assume just like someone did not actually schedule

I have been a patient with Dr. D for the past 6 years. She very thoughtful and cares about her patients. Reading the last few reviews, well these are not things that she can control. Insurance fees and staff not being able to respond within a timely manner. This is not a reason to leave an office that you have never been to a bad review. I'm leaving this review because the doctor is great and always does a fabulous job. My grandkids see Dr. D as well and my daughter would not dream of taking the children elsewhere. It's hard to find a good dentist, one that you can trust. Dr. D is great at what

I've visited this dental clinic for my son's, after he was xray and clean I was call verify what else was needed. He needed 4 cavities and my copay was $22 per cavity and my insurance would pay additional $88 but on 3 of my cavities they had whiteout the $22 and place it with $37.60 and their reason was because they were the molars and costs more. They had actually place their own price and ignore my insurance copay.
