I came for a visit during a holiday and found out my grandparents can't take care of themselves any longer. The house was a mess, their personal hygiene was poor and they were malnourished.
I called multiple agencies to get some information. Some of the agencies didn't answer their phones, some can't service for another week or two. I interviewed two agencies that answered my calls, and decided to hire Integrity Care.
I found this agency is very professional, courteous, and responsive. We started service right away. The caregivers they sent are well trained, compassionate, and do a wonderful job

We have been using the service for about two years now. The need was minimal at the beginning and eventually now is a full time care.
The caregivers are so patient and helpful in caring for our parents. Our parents are well fed, clean, and have a good quality of life. They also help with transportation, errands, housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminder.
We are glad to be able to keep our parents where they want to be safely. Integrity is a great agency to work with.
