Very difficult to find. I called early in the day. Did not get a return call, but still made my way over to the location on Cloverdale. Not only did it not look like a shop, it looked like a disheveled, messy, sem- abandoned office/storage space. I won’t be using the service at all. And I encourage you not to!!

I called this company only because Yelp shows this company having five stars. Well, I called this company two days ago asking for someone to come out to my home in West Seattle because we wanted to have a shower door installed and a broken seal on a huge living room window replaced. No one ever called me back!!!
Most business are lacking customer service nowadays!!! So sad this company never called me back (oh well) there's other glass companies out there that would like to make a few thousand dollars off of my job

To begin with, it's always pleasing, and a bit surprising, when busy tradespeople immediately answer or return a phone inquiry for a smaller job. The gentleman I spoke to, Ghodi, was very personable, and quickly discussed my needs, recommending the right type of glass for my application. After giving him the dimensions, it only took a couple of days to prepare the order. He offered to deliver the piece, but we coordinated a pickup from his shop instead. The glass fit the top of my coffee table perfectly, with no errors. Ghodi really is on top of his customer service, and the Glass Depot's price

Glass depot is fast and reliable. I’m so happy with my new windows, warmer, less noise and clear view. If you have old double windows, you know what I mean about clear view. I took pictures as soon as I will download from my older phone, I will post them. They work fast and very clean. It was a rainy day but no mess inside the house. I recommend them to my neighbors.

After getting a few quotes for an extra large window replacement decided to go with Glass Depot. Everything went according to plan. Upon completion, Ghodi and Mike both both found a manufacturing defect (I wouldn't have noticed for days or even weeks). They rescheduled for today and just finished up with replacement window. It's excellent and I'm even more impressed by their professionalism. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!!! I requested a quote through yelp and received a call from the owner within minutes. He quoted me less than half of what everyone else quoted and was at our house within the hour on a Sunday (!) with no extra charge. Amazing! We will be using him for other projects and telling everyone to do the same!

Glass Depot responded promptly to my request for a quote and provided excellent service. They replaced a difficult second story atruim double pane panel that lost its seal and was holding water vapor and saved me from having to spend thousands to replace complete frame as well. They even came back to clean up and adjacent window they smudged.

Ghodi has been one of the BEST business owners I've worked with. He's responsive, takes initiative and had the best prices out of four
others I contacted. His customer obsession exceeded my expectations.
I ordered a single swing shower door and it turned out perfectly. Better quality than the box stores at around the same price. No pictures yet as it hasn't been installed, but will update when in. HIGHLY

I was referred to Glass Depot by a friend. I needed a glass repair done for my shower door.
Made a quick call and my appointment was set for the same week.
They came and did some measurements and gave me a pricing , that I couldn't pass.
Ghodi, was the one who helped from beginning till the end of installation. He was helpful, communicated all the steps and was courtesy.
I will definitely be referring Glass Depot to my other friends and neighbors.
