This was the best door and lock service I have ever gotten. Ryan from the company came to my business and was fast and did the job above and beyond what we requested. He came to re key lock but ended up fixing our door so ut closed properly. I had previously made multipal attempts where other companys come and try to fix that problem but they with no resolve but a big bill. These guys are great and now my go for locks and doors! 👍

If my experience is any indication, this is the kind of company that deserves to be hired, over and over. Here's why. I arrived home Sunday evening and my garage door would only open about 1 foot and stopped. I had to slide under it to get inside. After assessing the situation as a broken torsion spring (I couldn't manually open the door), I… contacted Sevan Locks & Doors. I got a response in under an hour...on a Sunday night!!! Highly recommend using Sevan Locks & Doors! When we moved into our home we had the house rekeyed and it was expensive and not done correctly. I contacted Sevan to completely redo the hardware and could not believe the quick responses. They offer hardware to completely change out the knobs, but also we're fine with us supplying our own. The quote was very fair for both! I also appreciate a company being professional and emailing a real invoice not just throwing out a number. I requested a quote via the form on Sevan Locks & Doors website at around 8 pm last night and got a response almost immediately. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and George was at my place right on time at 8 this morning. I had lost the sole key to my car, and he was able to make me a new key with FOB in about 15 minutes. George was professional and kind, and the process was so much easier and cheaper than going to the dealership! Highly recommend.
