I use a variety of tools to aide in the home inspection including my infrared thermal imaging camera to help locate deficiencies and moisture meter to verify any findings. Most homebuyers don't realize the importance of inspecting the sewer line.
We use the latest tools & technology during our home Inspections, including the FLIR E4 Thermal Imaging Camera with E8 upgrades. This allows us to detect problems that may otherwise go unseen by the naked eye. We do non-invasive moisture intrusion inspections to detect for leaks & mold with the use of the FLIR MR60 Moisture Meter Pro.

Paul Johnson did the inspection of my new home in La Quinta, and I will now be recommending him to everyone I know who plans to buy a home in the Coachella Valley. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection, explaining everything very clearly to me along the way. His report was very detailed and included many photos to highlight any issues he felt should be addressed prior to moving into the home. I never would have known the home I was about to spend all my money to purchase, was hiding electrical hazards, plumbing repair issues and major structural damage beneath it's beautiful decor, if the professional from INSPX had not been so incredibly intelligent and thorough. He was also dependable, cordial and considerate as he graciously helped me dodge that monetarily crushing bullet! Paul was great on the inspection, very thorough and detailed, helped us out on short notice which was much appreciated. He answered my zillion questions with patience, and made sure we had a solid overview on what we were getting into. Paul carried out an inspection of a home we made an offer on that was built in 1958. He was very thorough, explained main concerns with the property while doing the inspection. His report was detailed and had many photos, we received it early the next day after the inspection. I would use him again and would recommend him to any of my friends.

My husband and I are in Escrow with the purchase of a new home. Paul came out and did the property inspection which informed us of the condition of the property and, consequently, the soundness of our purchase. Paul was just terrific!!! Paul did an amazing job inspecting our house before buying. He was fast, efficient, and easy to speak with. He took the time to explain things to me and set my mind at ease with things that didn't deserve my stress. Previous potential buyers had ordered an inspection but we decided to get our own and Pauls' report blew the other company out of the water. Fast response to estimate for new home purchase inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy, accommodating for agent and owner's proxy. Report was produced in a timely manner. Most pics were self explanatory, 1 pic was included that did not pertain to any item in the report.
Inspection was performed with some issues that could not be tested, spa heater was not tested, gas was on, but valve was turned off...inspection did not attempt to turn on and check. Pool skimmer baskets were upside down with leaves and debris under the basket, running back to the pump filter basket.
