Regal Inspections was very detailed and thorough with the home inspection I requested. They generated a very easy to follow detailed report of the inspection with pictures and arrows pointing to the components being addressed. I had a follow-up call with Adan and we went over the report by section and he provided his thoughts on the components of most concern. He was very friendly and professional making suggestions on how to appropriately address the concerns. The report also referenced specific local laws the certain house components need to abide by.

Was very pleased with Regal Inspections from the first phone call to them and to the actual inspection. everyone was super polite and helpful. adan himself was pleasant, thorough and great to work with. we promptly got his full written inspection by late that afternoon and he was readily available to me when i had a question. i wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. they treat you as a valued customer, are reasonably priced and most important, are competent. can’t ask for more.

Adan did a fantastic job at our inspection. He was on time, he was prompt, very responsive. He was very professional and showed how knowledgable he was about his industry. There was a small miscommunication with our scheduling, and he went over and above to make sure we were satisfied with his service. We've had Adan out to inspect multiple properties for us, and he has been by far the most professional, down-to-earth property inspector we've ever worked with. By professional I mean, he is always prompt to the site, always wears his mask for protection, conducts himself maturely and understands his work very well. By down-to-earth I mean, he is able to walk us through his entire inspection line by line, and is able to translate all the information in a very digestible and understandable way. If you're not in the construction/contractor business, this is very important as a first time home buyer

I recently purchased a house in Joshua Tree and decided to use Adan to do the home inspection. My first impression: Arrived on time (Adan actually arrived at the property before I did), and super nice!
I live in Long Beach, CA and the house I purchased in Joshua Tree is my second house. Adan is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He walked the entire property room by room, and pointed all of the issues he found. He explained every item one at a time and he did not rush through the inspection.
Overall, Adan is professional and I'm very satisfied with him!

Adan, was on time and very detailed. He helped us with our inspection on our soon to be new home and treated the experience like it was his own home. Gave us honest opinions, life expectancy, recommended items to get repaired or replaced and was very familiar with the area and what troubles they run into. He also provided us extremely good recommendations on 2 different roofers and got to our location on very short notice. I personally think he caught more stuff than most would. Great experience and i would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection.

Adan, this guy is FANTASTIC. He is not only in depth but he is friendly, courteous and patient (all things that are so important to the role of an inspector!). When you are buying a home and or an investment project, you really have to rely on good people and he is one of the good ones.
I would like to mention that I have used others and they were bunk, the limitations are just overwhelming and you wonder why you even pay for these things because your now more worried than you needed to be and it was not like that at all with this company and Adan.

Our experience with Adan from start to finish was amazing. We are purchasing our first vacation/rental home, and wanted to be sure we knew of any issues. Adan has great communication, was very thorough, honest and professional. His findings helped us understand the property better, and negotiate to reach a price where we felt comfortable with our investment and the budget to make the needed repairs. I had a really positive experience with Adan and his services. He's not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also a joy to work with. Communicative, on time, responsive. If you need someone trustworthy to inspect your home, call Regal. They do a good job inspecting the roof, flooring, leaks, and any other home appliances that may need to be looked at.
