We are first time fifth wheel owners. We needed our hitch installed on our extra high, extra long flat-bed truck and couldn't find anyone to help us. Thank goodness we found Andrew and Individual Creations! Andrew had no trouble accessing our truck frame and building up the plate to install our hitch. He even wired our truck electrics to our camper and provided us with a wealth of information which was so helpful to us newbies. We are so thankful for Andrew's help and fantastic work.

We have taken several vehicles to Andy and his crew. They continually go above and beyond. Even when we have a rushed job on our end, they do their best to ensure we get exceptional service. There has not been a single issue we have brought to Individual creations that they have not been able to find a resolution for it. We are glad we found them for our vehicle needs.
