Brian was extraordinary in finding the right place for me. I had a realtor in mind already through a friend but when connected with Brian through an online posting, his knowledge of mountain property went far beyond any other. A comment I made about ceiling height on the day of showing led to the most perfect place ever slightly above my price range but Brian made it possible. Tell this man what you want and he'll find it like hawk overhead mountain. An ambassador of putting everything in it's right place. Highly suggested. Freaking love my place.

My husband & I made the drive up to Lake Arrowhead to look for a vacation home (our first time to Lake Arrowhead) & had the incredible luck of meeting Brian. I hired Brian to sell my family home that we had not used in a few years. Not being on the mountain, Brian sent me some photos and I could see it needed some work. Brian arranged for repairs for us and brought in a decorator and made the place look great. He had a professional photographer capture some great photos and he did some great marketing. The home sold for more than asking! Brian was professional, had great communication and follow up, keeping us updated through the entire process. We really felt so blessed to have had Brian representing us. I would use him again.. He did an awesome job

My experience with Brian was amazing! I would highly recommended him to my friends and family. From the beginning Brian was on top of things till end the end. My experience selling was a lot easier and pleasant than buying. Brian kept me informed the whole way and the house sold in less than a month! Brian put a lot of effort into his work having his own photographer come out and putting adds in magazine at NO cost to me I was very pleased!
