The worst company i have ever deal with...they took a month and a half to process our application and just to tell us a flat NO...We kept calling everyday ,and they kept giving us the run around every person i talked to kept giving me a different story and after all that wait it was just a no when i applied i told him what my situation was and they said sure no problem we can help you and when they process they were like no we cant process your application anymore. They teally got my hopes up and then nothing i lost so much time with such an uhnrealibale company.

Property management companies in general are the middle person I am very comfortable in saying that this company goes the extra mile not only for Tenant but for Owner's as well unfortunately in the process Tenant tend to forget that The rental property is an investment and as a property management company we need ensure that that investment continues to be an investment for the owner here at Roman Realty we strive and assuring that our properties owner and our tenants needs are meet. The worst management ever!!!!!!!!!!! They never do anything for the properties besides collect the rent. We have so many issues going on and they just ignore all the calls. When they do send people they send their own family and they even get drunk doing the job. I've witnessed it. There's termites and pests all over the properties and they don't even care to have an inspector go check on it. It's been the hottest summer this year and I believe the girls one of them Natalie said they don't have to fix the AC it's the renters problem. Disappointing do not recommend these people at all. I have been using them for about two years now and have nothing but good to say about them. They handled finding me a renter for my home and took care of all the paper work with no issues at all. They also took care of all the management and all the stuff in between. Christina is very friendly and knowledegable. Nelly at the front desk is super friendly and very attentive. And Roman is always on top of any issues when you need him. Overall a great place!
