Just moved in but so far things seem to be well taken care of here. I have a ground floor apartment and there is little noise transfer from the upstairs neighbor. I did have to put in a maintenance request, which was promptly handled. The property manager listens to the tenants needs and really seems to care about her job. The midtown location is very convenient, as well.

When I say that these apartments are NOT worth what they ask in rent I seriously mean that. I am having to pay dang near $700 a month plus ALL of the utilities. They say water is included but that is a scam because it is just added to your bill lol. All of the nice pictures you see on their website is a flat out lie and scam because this place is a dump and the soo called swimming pool is literally a safety hazard filled with swamp water and a cess pool for frogs and mosquitoes. Went through a strange ordeal trying to rent an Apartment from Mora Mi. Filled out online application about two weeks ago, paid the 30 dollar fee for application “processing”. I paid this under the impression it was for a background check which I agreed to. Two weeks pass and I hear nothing. I find another place a few days ago so I call Mora Mi to inform them that since I haven’t heard anything from them, I figured my APP was at a stand still and so I asked if I could be refunded for it bc I no longer wished to peruse an apartment. The process to rent an apartment here was both professional and fun! The manager and her wonderful assistant are very friendly, helpful and hard working. They answered all of my questions and have treated me very kindly. My son and I Immediately fell in love with the apartment we viewed and applied for. Within a couple of hours of filling out the application we we’re approved, contacted and signing our lease. The whole experience was really a dream come true, and we are VERY happy to call Mora Mi our home!

I love living here. It is convenient to everything. The manager Vicky is wonderful! The apartment is sound and well lighted at night! They even have a pool and several grills for summer tume. The apartment has so much space and storage. Dishwashers, Laundry in units and on the property. Very affordable!

My wife, son and I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far have nothing but good things to say. The application and lease signing process was easy and smooth. The pet deposit was a little high but I'd rather have that than a deposit and monthly fee, considering we plan on living here for at least a few years. The two bedrooms are quite nice and fairly large for the price, especially considering there's a pool. The pool is always clean, well taken care of, and never crowded.
