We love Greenway, especially Lauren. She has been nothing but great ever since she took over the Property Manager position ( she eats, sleeps, and breathes this place). The grounds are always perfectly manicured, maintenance crew is Awesome, love Patty! The pool is by far my favorite 😍 love Greenway and am proud to call it my home!

My family and I have been here for about 7 months now and absolutely love it here. Lauren the property manager does a outstanding job here and is always happy to help if needed. We have lived at other apartments here in paducah and the manager is like a prison warden and that's no joke. Anytime I see Lauren she has a smile. The property is well maintained and clean. We love it here and plan on staying for many years. I also love seeing the kiddos outside playing like I did when I was younger.

Moving to area from out of state, I found website and it looks beautiful and perfect. I had a question and called. The directions say when calling to press one to speak to Leasing agent for your new home, for residents talk to property manager. I pressed one and it sounded like she was talking from across the room, so I asked if this was the leasing agent. She said no, this is the property manager, I then asked for leasing agent again per the directions. She said the leasing agent is not there, I would be dealing with her. I am sorry, I found that absolutely rude. I just said no I won't and I won
