Iridium's CEO Platinum Williams has over ten years of experience in the fashion industry. Before starting the company, Platinum juggled working as a biochemist by day and a fashion stylist by night. From styling he went on to creating designs that lead to landing a number of big name clients.

Great looking pieces. 4 stars because I placed an order a week and a half ago and products still haven’t even been shipped out yet. Sent an email out and still no response. Their site says 2-3 priority mail in the US. I live 45 minutes from their shop. Better off just going to their store. With that said I am still a big fan of everything Platinum has done with his brand.

I take 15 year old boys to Chicago several times per year. The first place they want to visit is the Iridium Lab. They can not afford anything there but love looking. I'm writing this review because it's pretty clear they aren't buying but the staff is always amazing. They are extremely sweet and have extreme patience with the boys. We've been about 15 times in the last couple years and every single person working there is amazing. The customer service here is top notch. More stores should have sales staff like this.

The clothing and style is amazing !!!! The customer service is some of the best I've ever experience, they are extremely helpful. For example I made a mistake and ordered a small "Padded long Jacket" , they allowed me to change size in store also sent me home with my coat. I also ordered a Large " Iridium x Sophagus" which was to tight, they allowed me to exchange for a more comfortable size. SIMPLY JUST AMAZING.
