Wholesale buyers work with suppliers like us to order materials or products for the consumer market.

The Bella Niecele Couture bespoke clothing factory opened over a year ago in the heart of Chicago, a region dedicated to city fashion and reputed for its dynamic economy. Until 2019, Bella Niecele operated two separate garment shops, one specializing in workwear and suits, and the other specializing in formalwear and dresses.
With a large number of specialty and double head machines, we have the constant ability to accommodate a large production and deliver on time. We offer services that help you create a large variety of projects including patches, applique, direct to fabric embroideries, machine sequin embroidery, machine beading, tufting, chenille, chain stitch embroideries, quilting, running yardage, embroidery angles, hats, and shoes.

Niecey is amazing! My favorite shirt is from her. All of her garments come with alterations which I always need with my clothes. She also made me a badass jacket which I’m obsessed with! Her quality of work is gorgeous and I’m ecstatic to have her design my wedding dress! Very couture and luxe, I’ll forever have her design my clothes.

I tried buying a shirt over 6 months ago now. (Back before the store came to Michigan street.) This really nice shirt included alteration with the price. After going into the store multiple times to check on and adjust the fit (I was only called once throughout the whole process.) I never heard back from them. I paid for the shirt in full and never heard back. Niecele is really sweet, which is why this review isn't getting a one star, but the customer service is severely lacking in attentiveness.
Paid $90, got nothing.

I am flabbergasted and disheartened at the lack of professionalism of Neciele. My sister-in-law and I both had the same horrific experience. We had our dresses hemmed and taken in. However, upon pick up we realized that we couldn't wear our formal gowns because they were destroyed. The hem line was done on a diagonal and serger was used instead of being folded under and sewn. Furthermore, Neciele's behavior towards us was unfathomable.She kicked us out- never to return, called security and refused to take ownership of her mistake. She wouldn't provide a refund or compensate us for the dresses she

The fashion design here is so beautiful and well crafted. I'm really pleased with the service and ability to customize what I bought. I picked up some wonderful pieces that I can not wait to wear. They are totally unique so I know I won't see them on anyone else and to me that is valuable.
I had to get some alterations done. Between the staff and owner I feel well supported. I highly recommend this boutique!
