After his experience in various vacation rentals around the country, L2BNB co-founder and CEO Kristopher Lopez realized that there had to be a better way to easily get customers into vacation homes and private rentals than using an app.

We enjoyed our stay! Prompt response time from host. The kitchen offered high end appliances which worked great as we cook most meals in the home. Plenty of dishes, flatware, cooking supplies and utensils. Grateful for the elevator as we used all 4 floors throughout the day. The home is very pretty.
Kitchen towels or paper towels would have been nice so we did need to get those things since we did use the kitchen a lot. The carpets need replacing. They are stained. The home works well for privacy if you want to have 2 families stay together. Each rooms has a private bath. 2 living areas as well

This supposed "luxury" townhouse was dirty and completely unstocked (no wine glasses??). They had no instructions on finding the house (not intuitive and they didn't give us the gate code or tell us it swings out - it almost dented our car) or how things worked in the house, and there were a number of safety issues. Then, after we gave them the benefit of the doubt and a good review because the house has so much potential, they rated us 1 star across the board. We will never stay at one of their properties and are not surprised they have so many negative reviews.

Do your research on this business even if booking through a third party site such as Airbnb or Vrbo. Like many reviews on Google state, this business is in business to scam people. I traveled with a group of my employees from Boston to Houston for business purposes only to learn upon arrival to Houston that they canceled my reservation without an explanation other than "property not available". I had to book several hotel rooms upon arrival to accommodate myself and my employees. Other reviews that I have found state that they advertise properties on many sites and will rent to the highest

To address L2BNB's follow up comment I have a few responses.

2. L2BNB put in zero effort to refund my money. I had to get the charge disputed with my bank.

Dealing with the owners of this property was a nightmare. We were belittled and my clients were canceled AFTER they arrived and check in to their rental.
We received an email a few days prior to check in about parking in the garage and if they park in front of it there would be a fine. However when they arrived the garage was not only open and the door to the rental was open, it was also filled with furniture and a few trash bags. The furniture was all over the garage as if they were just tossing the furniture out of the

Great condo if you like harassment and threats from the business owner. This place has horrendous and unethical business practices. Only now do I know it's been discredited by the better business bureau and MasterCard also does not allow this vendor to make bookings due to too many fraudulent complaints. I booked 3 months in advance, paid $2500 in ADVANCE (not at time of trip) and was refused entry when I arrived to my designated reservation. Call center is outsourced and no help, this "company" is just a slimeball con artist who happens to own a couple condos. No clue how this is

Never in my entire life have I ever experienced something like this. My friend booked 3 months in advance and paid $2500+. Upon arrival, she was told that the last four digits of her phone number would be her access code into the condo. There was not a callbox, door bell nor anything that would resemble entering an access code. We tried communicating with the company about the issue and was let in by the maid. We had only arrived 30 minutes prior to our check in time. Because we didn't "follow the rules," we were threatened and escorted

I stayed at their Austin airbnb and the experience was beyond amazing.
The house itself was gorgeous, host was responsive and it felt extremely safe.
It felt extremely luxurious and all the furniture and finishing of the house were high end. The price was way better than most other large Airbnb also.
It was an experience that couldn't be beat!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! NOT FOR ANY PRICE!!! We contracted and paid in full in August with this business for a full home rental to begin mid November for three nights. In October this home was sheathed in scaffolding on every wall on both floors! Uninhabitable even now at the end of Nov. We were not informed or alerted to the impending construction from the management of L2BNB and we only discovered the situation because we live close by and drove by the home. This group is amazing! Their properties are some of the most gorgeous places available, with design and style that is unparalleled. When we stayed with them, every question was responded to quickly and in detail, and they made us feel like VIPs. I even got to speak with the owner and he was genuine, accommodating, and helpful. When I travel I will absolutely check and see if L2BNB has a property there so I can stay with them again!!

Yup its pretty much a bidding war. Highest paying reservation that doesn't cancel due to covid wins. Paid 7/29 for Reservation 8/7-8-9. Never got confirmation. After countless phone calls, emails, and DM's on Instagram with fake excuses saying payment wasn't received despite payment confirmation from PayPal and no response to emails or calls, was eventually notified on 8/6 at 5:30 pm that our reservation for 16 people would be canceled giving us less than 24 hours to find accommodations. Owner of company acted oblivious to the whole situation even though this is 100% how he manages

This company is a SCAM! I booked an AirBnb property (the Austin Hill Country Lake Retreat) three months ago. After booking, I saw a new review on that property that was very bad and it prompted me to look up L2Bnb. I read reviews across AirBnb, Google, Yelp, etc and there was a distinct pattern of L2Bnb cancelling reservations at the last minute. This is likely becuase they leave the listing up on multiple platforms and cancel the early reservers if someone books closer to the date at a higher price.
