We rented the Mystic Hills Garden Suite for our first family vacation in over a year and were very disappointed. We rented the entire building, there were two sides, and communicated via email regularly on the number of people, when we would arrive, etc. as we were coming for a wedding. After numerous calls and messages that were never returned prior to checking in, we sent an email to confirm the number of guests. Buyers beware!!! We originally reserved a date for April 2020. Paid in full. Noticed they never awnser the phone calls as well as it took awhile to get responses via emails. By the end of March, Covid hit and we were informed that they would not be able to honor our dates but would have a credit to use by the end of the year. Okay, we understood and made a reservation for mid Dec 2020. By the start of Nov, we had some unexpected medical expenses and contacted them to cancel our reservation in hopes of using that money towards said medical expenses. This review is for Birdsong Cabins. This was our second stay with them. We booked Acacia House and were very disappointed. This place is in need of a deep clean and repair. We spent too much money to have to clean when we walked in the door, especially during a pandemic. We gave these cabins another chance because we were assured the cleanliness issue was a fluke the first time. You got us! Lesson learned.

This review is for the Bird Song Cabins- Little Bird Cabin. We love the set up and decor was nice. The patio was cute and the hot tub was a nice touch. The owner even brought us a replacement grill. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the cabin was not clean, there was stuff all over the floor where your feet felt dirty after walking around, there was a dust/hair ball in the bed, there were bugs in the glasses, the patio had installation laying around as well as a bunch of screws. This place pet friendly but not pet safe, as there is access to under the house. Needs work and attention

Clean. Beautiful. Well organized. Books and games available. Plenty of things for kids to play with. Jacuzzi was clean and hot set in a romantic corner. Fire pit was fun to bring in the new year! All appliances worked perfectly. Plenty of towels available. Decor takes you to that calm place inside your soul.

The cabin and property was great. The only complaints we have are nothing major. There were several silverfish in the drawers in the kitchen. May need to spray for bugs. The lack of towels which we planned for. I guess our biggest complaint is the description of the cabin is a little bit of false advertising. You have your private pool and hot tub, but less than 50 yds away is another cabin with their hot tub just on the otherside of a tree line. You and they can hear everything said. Other than that the cabin, the space was great. Again nothing to make you not like the place, but just things not

We stayed at the driftwood ranch and ran into snags from the start. Terrie, the manager of the property, was very thorough and attentive until we got there. If you look at this listing on VRBO, it is FALSELY advertised. We got to the place, warmed up the pictured hot tub the listing mentions and says is included in our rental, but shortly after we got there, a pool boy came and turned off the hot tub literally while we were in it! Unprofessional to say the absolute least.

We had absolutely no problems with our reservation with All Wimberely Lodging. I would email them and they would respond accordingly with answers to my questions. We stayed at STARR MEADOW and my goodness what a beautiful location! I had a check list of all the things I wanted to achieve in this romantic/stress free weekend getaway with my husband for my 30th birthday & 3 year wedding anniversary, let me just say we got to do it all! We cooked breakfast together, bbqed, read our books together side by side beside the beautiful fireplace, I painted my first canvas outside on the patio overlooking

We stayed in a 1-bedroom cabin that was fairly private. It was for our honeymoon. Great memories of the place. It was very clean and I did not notice a sewage smell, so the other reviewers are maybe talking about another cabin. The amenities were great, and all the special items we ordered were there as expected.
