Tammy is incredible!! She never disappoints! She is so kind and her art skills are beautiful! I have been going to Nail Expo for four years now and every time I go I can show Tammy a picture of what I want and she always recreates it perfectly!

We were walk in customers needing a pedicure and an acrylic fill. We waited maybe 10 minutes and had our treatments and were done. Fast, friendly, reasonable prices. Very happy with our visit today. Definitely would recommend this place!

I really want to give this nail salon a better review.. I had a pretty good experience my first time visiting. I was a walk-in and was seated immediately for my pedicure and also had a fill done. The pedicure was great, but 2 of the nails on my fill had some weird air bubbles in them.
I visited again 3 days ago to get my acrylic nails removed (for a job) and to get a regular polish manicure. Based off this experience, I never want to go back. To remove my acrylic nails, the nail tech shoved a metal file underneath them and pried them off. It was the most painful thing I have ever experienced

Really not impressed with Nail Expo.
You know how pedicures are supposed to be relaxing? My pedicure was anything BUT relaxing! The guy giving my pedicure was clearly in a huge hurry and didn't take the time to do anything decently well.
- He didn't take off my dark nail polish all the way, so you could see it under my new pink polish.
- He rubbed the pumice stone really hard IN MY ARCH!!! He didn't even TOUCH my heels (aka the part of my foot that actually has dry skin that needs to be sloughed off). Spent about 2 seconds on the ball of my foot. Even though I was squirming and

The waiting chairs are right in front of the cash register and makes it super uncomfortable . The people trying to pay are and the people waiting are always tripping over each other. Got a gel set and was very disappointing.
Maybe it was just the guy that did my nails.
Came here because Lims was packed.

I’ve been going here for over a year now. I am extremely picky about my nails, they have to be perfect. I always request to be with Anna. She is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what I like, the length, shape, and always knows I like the color changing polish. There’s never been a time where I wasn’t happy with her service. There’s a few other people there that have done my nails before I got to know Anna, and they also did an amazing job. Everyone there is amazing. 10/10 recommend and will never go to another salon.

Very clean, they have plastic coverings and such to guard against covid. You do have to wear a mask and wash your hands upon entering. Super friendly staff members. I came in not knowing what I wanted, and I've never been happier with my nails! I wanted something Halloween-ish and this is what he came up with. So fun!! This is the second time I've been here and I've been impressed both times.

My experience was meh. I had a younger guy (don't know his name) doing my nails. I previously had black nail polish on my toes which he only partially removed. The color I chose for this visit was white, so there were spots of black that could be seen behind the white. He also did not clean up the polish around the nails that had gotten on the skin. My other concern was with the dividers which were between clients and nail techs and also between all of the clients (because of COVID). Came in for a new set of acrylics and pedi for myself and daughter. One technician was supposed to do both my pedicure and manicure but after having done my pedicure you can tell she was in pain. Come to find out she was injured from a car accident so she had to stop shortly after having started on the manicure. I'm glad she did because you can tell she was rushing to get through it and cut me at one point which hurt for a few days. Scheduled for a 6:00pm, sat at pedicure chair until 6:30pm. No water, no one to tell me they're busy and will get to me soon. Walked out. I originally wanted 5:30pm because I had to be somewhere at 7:00pm but the guy said 6:00pm Don't schedule appointments if you're not going to be available for over 30 minutes!!!!! Who knows how long I would've waited if I didn't walk out!

I like how quick, yet efficient the tech's are at this salon are. I usually call ahead about 30-45 minutes before just to give them a heads up (also because I'm impatient waiting) but they also take walk ins! Hannah is amazing. I get gel nails and she is helping me grow out my nails. I literally just have nail nubs and my goal is to get them to grow out long enough so I can get acrylics! What a fun nail salon. If you want a pedicure ask for Danny! He is so funny and eat to chat with while you're getting your toes done.

The past five times I've gotten my nails done here, they are crooked, lumpy, covered in lint, just terrible. And they'll never give a refund or offer to fix them no matter how bad they look. Just not worth my time or money if I'm going to end up going home and soaking them off only to redo them myself! It always seems like it'll be more convenient to go and get them done here, but ends up costing me more money and taking up more of my time!

After coming here for a year, I guess I still don't rank high enough to be treated fairly. Came in today, no one was waiting. They asked me to choose a color and then ignored me. A few minutes later two girls walk in, are greeted cheerfully and immediately given seats, no appointments! Maybe my tips aren't big enough? One of the workers is very nice and treats everyone with kindness. Her name is Kim. But the manager or owner is always very rude. You have to get on her good side for her to treat you like a decent person.

I have been coming here for years. When my daughters come into town it is tradition for all 4 off us to go. In fact this place is so special my daughter brought a difficult design in for her wedding.
