They were welcoming at first. Then girl with the short pixie haircut told me to sit at the end. At first she was fine. Then I let her know I wanted square round for my nail shape. She asked if it looked okay after shaping them. I asked her to shape it a little bit more more round on the outer corners. But she mentioned it's an extra 5$ if you wanted an oval. But I didn't want it to be round as an oval. I just didn't want it to look as sharp as a square. She didn't seem to understand me so I said nothing. Then she started putting the acrylics on and there are still glue around

This salon can be good or bad depending on your tech. My daughter and I went together to get our nails done. I got gels while my daughter got acrylics. My nails looked great, but my daughter's nails were really bad. The tech kept playing on her phone and even took a call while she was supposed to be doing my daughter's nails. She cut my daughter several times and the nails were crooked and poorly painted. The worst part was that within a week, her new nails were pulling up, so I ended up taking her to another salon to have the nails removed and redone. This happened last summer, and even though

I went to get a pedicure and the technician cut deep on a couple of nails, rounded some and squared others. Making them look completely messed up. I was trying to have her fix it but she saw nothing wrong with them. She brought another lady over and both of them tried to say they had to cut the nails funny and awkward because of the way my toes were. They blamed my feet! They looked so bad I asked her to remove the color to not draw attention to my feet. I was so disappointment. I have had other experiences here that were ok but I left so embarrassed and frustrated because they made it seem like

I got white acrylic nails and they were un-even,lumpy and they turned brown with in the day and didn’t even go back to the end of my nails and they were rushing I would not recommend this place to anyone unless u want bad nails

We had a great time getting pedicures here! Very clean and a huge color selection. Only complaint was that when they left us to let our polish dry, they didn't come back to check on us at all and started taking care of other clients so we were sitting in the chairs for a while not sure what to do. Great experience otherwise!

She clipped my good fresh skin in at least 4 places. Hurt then and hurt the next day. The foot massage was rough and hurt. I asked her to be careful one one toe in particular and she did not respond. Unsure if she spoke English but she didn’t acknowledge me talking at all. Didn’t paint my toes completely and with one coat. I didn’t say anything while I was there. Bad experience. We made an appointment which is a make believe process. They don’t write them down and the website apparently doesn’t work to do this. It’s like you are cattle getting branded. Get in. Get out. Next cow. Lol

I really enjoy this place with my daughters, I think their service is excellent, I just want to suggest that when a customer asks a question about what they have to pay (at the checkout) they respond with a subtle and friendly tone of voice. My last visit was very uncomfortable, I had questions about: what am I paying? the cashier responded with a yelling and annoying tone of voice, it was unpleasant.
You are wonderful guys, maybe it is something cultural, you should not yell at the customers when we have some questions, this was the reason why i decided not to tip this time

Paid for the spa pedicure with hot stone massage and the man rushed through so much it wasn’t a massage. He said he didn’t take his time to give me a massage because I didn’t buy the gel add on. Rushed so much it was horrible!
Lee that works here is amazing and I was disappointed I couldn’t go to them. They were so good and professional. It’s always a pleasant experience with them!

We had a girls day here with my daughter mother in law and G-Ma in law. This was my daughters first pedicure. Like a normal toddler she was excited until they tried to take her shoes off. She started screaming and crying. The lady was so sweet! She calmed my daughter down and let her sit on a chair because she refused to get in a chair with the tubs.
She then slowly and so sweetly talked my daughter through painting her toe nails. My daughter calmed down and started to enjoy it. Now she wants another pedicure and this is where I’ll take her.

This was my salon before COVID, but during the pandemic went to another salon that was larger to mitigate the spread of disease. I felt I could return to my local salon with waning numbers. I likely won't return to Bonnie Nails. They do a great job on the nails but the salon is dirty. This tells me they are no longer following CDC cleaning protocol. That and their prices went up. When you have to go every two weeks this matters. I'll continue to go to the larger salon since they are much cleaner for the same price.

I almost never leave bad reviews for businesses I just don’t patronize them again. However I feel like other potential customer need to know what they may be in for. I walked into Bonnie Nails for a pedicure. The nail tech was in such a rush she cut a chunk of skin off my big toe and made it bleed. I told her to stop and she apologized yet continued to roughly cut and push away my cuticles. She was constantly watching the door as new customers arrived. She tried to send me away without even painting my nails. Unbelievably unprofessional and unsafe. I’ll never ever go back.

When this place opened they were great, but it has seriously gone down hill since.

I went in for a dip manicure the other day and had the worst experience. I was with Lihn (she has horrible customer service) and had the worst experience I've ever had while getting my nails done. Another customer came in and Lihn started yelling and complaining about her while using the electric file and knicked the entire left side of my natural nail off. I pulled my hand away because I started bleeding and she yelled at me to give my hand back so she could finish. She never once apologized or tried to fix

The pedicure was very painful. The water was burning hot the drill to remove my gel on my toes was burning and cut my skin. When the foam to separate your toes I notice orange nail polish on it and didn't think anything of it until she took it off and put it back with her stuff to be reused instead of trashing it ... FUNGUS! They also kept trying to up-sale you on everything. I did end up getting a acrylic because the girl doing them had the prettiest ombré almond shape nails. But the pedicure I will never go back to this place for that.

If your looking for good service. DO NOT GO TO BONNIE NAILS!! The service was horrible. The price list and the quoted price was different.
We got the gel (extra) chipped the next day.
I was with my mother who needed help to get in the chair, all 4 employees just looked at their phone didn't bother to help, I can help mom but i was in the middle of my pedicure. I had to stop and help my mom and not 1 person out of courtesy offer to help. It was our first time to Bonnie since we moved to the area, it will definitely be our last time going there. I love this place! Everyone is SO friendly! It seems very clean and while they're busy, it was very easy to make a next-day appointment! May was incredible and gave me an amazing spider design! Super spooky! Also very well priced!

I got a bacterial infection on my big toe after getting a pedicure. It was a great pedicure but not worth the infection. Wherever you go make sure they clean their tools properly!

The staff are very friendly. They keep the salon very clean, especially the pedicure facilities. It was impressive to see the workers thoroughly clean the seats for the pedicures too, not just the tank.

I love Bonnie nails! I have consistently gotten great gel manicures and pedicures there and am always helped quickly! Their prices are reasonable too! A few months ago I took my 3 year old in for a mani/pedi and Kevin was so sweet and attentive with her, making sure to ask her what she thought of her nails. She felt like a princess!

Reasons for the 5 stars?
1) The team at Bonnie Nails always treat me well and do the best to accommodate my crazy schedule.
2) I only do nails with MIMI, she is beautiful, kind, super professional and do a excellent job.

The place was fine but the people were short and not super friendly. The nail job was terrible and it was expensive. I wish they had taken their time and not rushed the job. Two days later my nails are chipping despite it being gel. I was pushed through there so fast I didn't even have enough time to look through all their colors
