We've just completed our commercial loan with Alcole Capital Group for our 9-unit apartment building in Pasadena. Keith Oldham, and his assistant Julie Kim, were amazing to work with! Very friendly, professional and gave us personalized service! We were on a tight deadline to close escrow since we had wasted so much time with our previous "big bank" broker - who we weren't happy with their loan terms and service at all! Fortunately, we found out about Alcole Capital Group just in time to switch mortgage brokers. We got a great rate and the terms were exactly what we were looking

I have just completed an apartment loan with Alcole Capital Group for my apartment building in San Diego. Keith Oldham, and his assistant Julie Kim were extremely helpful and were always available to answer my questions and keep me updated on the progress of my loan. I chose Keith Oldham at Alcole because he quoted me a rate on a commercial loan for a small apartment building that couldn't be beat. I thought that it might be too good to be true and wouldn't materialize ... but it did. ;) We were even able to fund the loan / close escrow EARLY. Now I have a loan with unbelievable loan terms which directly contributes to a good cash flow on this investment. Keith was so easy to work with and very friendly and helpful. I felt I could be totally honest with him about everything and all my concerns. I highly recommend him.

We refinanced our apartment building in Southern California with Chris Hutchison and Keith Oldham and we highly recommend using them! They were very responsive and pleasant to work with.
