Regan and his team are the best! I was not a "cookie cut" client to work with as I am self employed and paid through 1099 and didn't have great tax returns to work with. Regan got me approved QUICK for a stated income loan which NO ONE else could do and even got me a fair rate. AND we closed in less than 30 days. Basically performed a miracle as far as I'm concerned. I'm a realtor and this was actually my 3rd deal w/Regan but this time it was to finance a personal purchase. A true professional and a pleasure to work with as a client and realtor. I can't recommend him and his team enough.

I can't recommend Regan enough to anyone who is interested in an efficient and well planned financing. This is the 2nd time we've re-financed with Regan and both times it was a real pleasure! Almost too easy. After 4 and a half months of trying to refinance with BofA, the first time, Regan did it in 2 weeks! After suffering through trying to work with various banks and credit unions on a preapproval, working with Regan and his team was like a breath of fresh air... actually no, it was more like tasting chocolate for the first time! Easily and often reachable, or would return my calls right away, and they were especially patient with my dumb questions. They made the entire process (which, with all the paperwork, is undoubtedly tough) as easy as it can possibly be.
