I rented a house that was filthy with a horrible smell. Got in and cleaned it and got rid of the smell. It needed repairs but Mr Anderson did nothing. I even had to replace a commode. Then when I moved, Mr Alderson came in after he assigned the house to another agent, and kept my deposit! Don't do business with these shady people. They are desperate for cash

The only reason I am giving this a two star rating instead of one is because the gentleman who showed me different houses was courteous and professional. On the other hand, their website is misleading in regards to their pet deposit fees. After paying $75 per applicant and $25 for a "pet profile" I found out that the deposit was going to be $500 per pet, not $300 as the website advertised. When I finally got through on the phone I was scolded for "blowing up their phone" while they were in a meeting. Granted my experience with them was limited, but I still found them to be misleading and disrespectful

This company is amazing. Good property managers are hard to find and Alderson Properties will exceed your expectations when it comes to not only the solutions they provide, but also the level of customer service and integrity they operate with . The knowledge and expertise this company provides is the best you will find anywhere. I was not aware of everything that goes into renting a home, from maintenance to payment processing, and everything in between. I moved in to a home managed by Alderson properties with an active sewer line leak underneath my house.I'm a single mom of three kids my youngest being 1 who has never been sick until we moved into this home with the sewer leak. All I keep hearing from Alderson properties is that "Alderson properties was not aware of the active line leak under your home" my problem with that James Alderson is that you are representing your owner and your owner was aware of the leak and allowed me and my family to move into a home that was not livable you and your owner or in breach of our legal binding contract

We were introduced to Alderson Properties two years ago when we bought property in Canyon Lake, TX. We were introduced by a realtor we didn't know, but the realtor said she'd referred others to Alderson and all her clients were happy with them. So true.
