Overhead Door Charlotte did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. They were very professional in scheduling the appointment and then executing the repair work. Harold, our technician worked through some challenges and got everything working again. Their charges for the work are also fair and reasonable. Well nobody wants a garage door to malfunction, but let me tell you if it does Overhead door of Charlotte is awesome! I had a door spring break and its a pain to say the least, but Harold came out and got it all fixed up. What a simple and fast process! Not that I wish a door repair on anyone, but getting the chance to work with this great company and meet someone as knowledgeable and nice as Harold was almost worth the hassle! The tension spring on our garage door broke on Sunday night. I called first thing thing Monday and requested a call back. I called again mid-afternoon and a third time just before 5:00 pm requesting an emergency call be placed. No response. I called again Tuesday morning and placed an emergency call. NO response. Today is Wednesday. I placed another emergency request. THREE DAYS AND NO RESPONSE. I understand the company is short staffed. I undertand that parts are not available and it will be after Thanksgiving before a repair can potentially be done. What I DON'T understand is why no one has had

I received excellent service! An appointment was made earlier in the week and I was able to secure one 4 days later.
The technician, Harold was terrific!! He was very courteous, personable, knowledgeable and arrived earlier than anticipated. He completed the job perfectly in a short time! He also gave me information concerning my garage doors, which I greatly appreciated.
