I had been looking for a replacement entry door for several months when I found Clark Hall on instagram and loved the craftsmanship and beauty of their products. I reached out and to my disappointment learned that CH does not install in West Virginia where I live. Determined to find a solution, my husband and I made the 5 hour trip to Charlotte to see the doors in person and discuss any options for installation. Stephen Myers with CH gave us a tour of the showroom and warehouse where they are custom made but again said the only possibility to make it happen would be to hire an installer to make

Oh My Fantastic. Met with Steve very helpful lots of ideas for a new front door. Came out to the house made recommendations for hardware. A real enjoyable experience. Hey they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Real professionals and the installers a father son team true delights Steve and Tyler. Only wish they installed and made garage doors.
