I hired GreenPro (Elton) for a job after a water leak. I was very disappointed in the quality of work, and that he did not do all the things he said he'd do, and he billed the insurance company for more things than were done. Separately, a rug also needed to be replaced but instead of having a professional installation done, assumingely he to get more money for himself from the insurance company rather having it professionally done. Insurance was covering most of the cost and I just wanted it done right regardless of the cost. I had to have him come back on at least two occasions to fix things

My experience with GreenPro was excellent. Jim McDonald is a professional who knows his business and understands how to solve environmental issues. Jim took the time to inspect and understand the symptoms in my residence and then took steps to alleviate them. He was respectful of me and my home. He wears shoe covers, his equipment is clean, his product is effective and he worked his schedule around mine. The result was that my home smells, and is, fresh and clean and "like new."
