I am a current residence at the Spanish Trace Apartments and love it the manager is awesome , if u have a problem it is taken care of in a timely manner. It's old so this means it's built right , it's VERY quite don't here road noise . And I would have to disagree with someone say they had a big problem on here because I've NEVER even seen a bug they exterminate quiet often .I highly recommend checking them out very responsible on rent .... I absolutely love it here but and plan to stay for a long time. Thanks Spanish Trace Apartments from very happy renter 😁

Apartments are old and has lots of problem: leaking, shower not working, heating problem, cockroaches infested.....Stayed here for about a year because of yearly lease and suffered every day. The apartment manager Janet is racist and very impolite. There is Summit and Athena garden apartments near by which I recommend.
