The layout of my apartment is so spacious. Having brand new appliances is great. I haven't had a dishwasher in 13 years and it is great to have one! I love the fact that I have a washer and dryer connection in my apartment; it makes a big difference to not have to go to a laundry mat. My granddaughter loves the playground and having a covered area for me to sit while she plays is wonderful.
