The short and sweet comment:
We are less then a week out. I have no HUD, no final and the agent just recently filed for the IRS form that can take upward of 60 days to get back. If I was not prodding them to move. I doubt we would be this far along. I think my agent does this as a side line. I called corporate office in RI, That was a farce at best and told me to talk to my local agent when asked about the general IRS issue, Well that was useless. So in no way shape or form would recommend them. Oh and the Yelp reviews from up north... do you really think that over 180+ users would give only 5
