Great experience with Bee Line. I found them to be responsive to my questions, helpful in guiding us through the process, and quick to correct any clerical errors from either side. Beeline provided us with the best quote, best closing costs, and simplest process from start to finish. The “tracker” function on their website allowed us to proactively keep track of what documents we had submitted and what was still outstanding. Very clear and transparent process and documentation.

The Beeline team handling our refinance was terrific. They know their stuff and get it done quickly and courteously. The process starts very easily online, once you are pre-approved and moving to the next step is when they actually review every single line of everything you submit and ask to clarify everything. On one side they are very thorough, which is good, on the other they should make it clear from the beginning that the first step online is just a basic screening that will require you send them a ton more documents later on.
